However, if our products failed to satisfy your quench for quality then we provide the facility to simply return it to us within 30 days from the date of purchase and avail 100% money back guarantee.

According to our refund/exchange policy, customers have to bear the cost of shipping that involved in the returning/exchanging process. Also, it is to mention that the shipping cost we offer to our customer is the discounted price and we pay the original cost to the shipping company from our side. So, in the case of return/exchange, the discounted rate is not applicable and that’s why customer has to pay the original shipping cost. One can check the original shipping cost at the site of shipping company FedEx or DHL.

In case of any fault for which customer is responsible such as giving us the wrong address or contact number, not collecting the ordered product or any other reason, the customer has to pay the complete shipping cost. ORDER CANCELLATION

On account of unavailability of product, its depiction or price changes Allin Exporters preserves the right for cancellation of product order. Even those products that are accepted to deliver can be cancelled.

Prior information is provided to the consumer about the cancellation of order. No additional costs are charged for cancellation.

Consumer retains the full right to cancel the order before delivery of order by Consumer Support Services during working hours. After dispatch of product, order would not be cancelled and customers are required to accept it according to the terms and conditions. If payment of the product is failed then in that case, cancellation can be done.

PROCEDURE TO RETURN THE PRODUCTS

In case of damages, users can return their product but they are required to go through certain procedure in order to return it. In order to return the product, order Number, Picture of damaged product as well as a detailed reason for returning should be provided by you over the email.
