This miraculous traditional perfume oil is derived from the fresh Pimpinella Anisum flowers through the traditional extraction method which is known as Hydro-Distillation extraction process. Pimpinella Anisum is also recognized by the name of anise which belongs to the Apiaceae family. It is an herbaceous annual plant which grows up to the height of 1 m (3 ft) or more tall. Leaves at the base of the plant are long and shallowly lobed while leaves higher on the stems are divided into numerous leaves. Flowers of this plant are white in colour. It is the food plant for the larvae of some Lepidoptera species.
